In this context, processing and storing all personal data of individuals related to Woody Port, including our customers and business contacts benefiting from our products and services, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) is one of our priorities. In this scope, Woody Port collects Personal Data from our customers, business contacts, employees, job applicants, platform (our website) users, visitors, and all institutions with whom we have business relationships, in accordance with the KVKK when necessary. - Visual and Audio Data: Personal data collected from our customers, business contacts, employees, job applicants, platform users, visitors, and all institutions we have business relationships with, including all visual materials related to the data subject and audio recordings made during conversations.
- Family Member Data: Information about the family members and relatives of the relevant individual collected from our employees, job applicants, and subcontractors or similar entities to protect the legal and other interests of our company or the relevant person as required by relevant legislation.
- Financial Data: Information such as debt balances, receivables, wages, salary details, bank account information collected from our employees, job applicants, customers, business contacts, subcontractors or similar entities based on the legal relationship established with the data subject.
- Personal Data: Personal data collected from our employees, job applicants, and all other institution employees involved in business relationships with us, which forms the basis for the personal rights within the company’s employment relationship.
- Physical Space Security Data: Personal data collected from our customers, business contacts, employees, job applicants, visitors, and all institutions we have business relationships with, such as visitor logs, security, and camera recordings taken during entry to and within physical spaces.
- Communication and Complaint Management Data: Personal data obtained from our customers, business contacts, platform users, visitors, and all institutions we have business relationships with, during the receipt and evaluation of any requests or complaints directed at our company.
- Special Categories of Personal Data: Health data, biometric data (voice and image recordings), religious beliefs, and membership in associations or unions collected from our customers, business contacts, employees, job applicants, visitors, and all similar entities in accordance with Article 6 of the KVKK.
- Other Data: Technical process security data, purchase information, cookies, and other data collected through automated means from our customers, business contacts, employees, job applicants, platform users, and other institutions we have business relationships with.
b. How Do We Collect/Process Your Personal Data and What Are the Legal Grounds?
We collect your Personal Data through the following main purposes and methods, either automatically or manually, using various channels which may be added in the future, in audio, verbal, written, or electronic form.
We collect your Personal Data through Woody Port’s operated social media accounts on the internet and various social media platforms, through our call center managed by Woody Port, via email, SMS or multimedia messages (MMS) and other communication methods, through contracts signed with you or the company you represent, commercial offers, printed and electronic forms, business visits where business cards and other documents are provided, through third parties such as business connections, dealers, and suppliers, and through various sources including trade registries, either fully or partially automated or non-automated methods as part of any data recording system.
We process the Personal Data we collect based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
- Your explicit consent.
- Processing permitted by the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Turkey.
- Necessity for protecting the life or physical integrity of yourself or others when you are unable to give consent due to physical impossibility.

- Ensuring the legal and commercial security of Woody Port and individuals with whom Woody Port has business relationships (planning administrative operations for communication, ensuring physical security and control of company locations, evaluation and monitoring processes of business partners/customers/suppliers (authorized personnel or employees), legal compliance processes).
